If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the Products are handed over to the shipping carrier.

MPENZII is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted for unused and unopened beauty products and unworn jewelry or accessories within 14 days of delivery

• Products must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery:

• Opened or used beauty products

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Sale or final-sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact info@mpenzii.com with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days following inspection of the returned item.
