Are your stones natural?

Many MPENZII jewelry pieces feature natural stones sourced through artisan networks in Central and West Africa, including the Democratic Republic of Congo and Angola. Variations in color, banding, and pattern are part of their natural character and authenticity.

Why does my stone look slightly different from the product image?

Natural materials are never identical. Each stone carries its own mineral structure, tone variation, and veining. These differences are not flaws — they are proof of origin.

What metals do you use?

Unless otherwise specified, findings are silver-tone metal. Certain collections may feature sterling silver or upgraded materials, which will be clearly indicated in the product description.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To preserve your piece:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to water and humidity

• Remove before swimming or exercising

• Store separately to prevent scratching

Avoid prolonged moisture exposure. Store in a dust bag when not in use. Natural fibers such as raffia and kuba textiles should be kept dry and gently cleaned with a soft cloth.
