Are your stones natural?

Many MPENZII jewelry pieces feature natural stones sourced through artisan networks in Central and West Africa, including the Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola and Zambia. Variations in colour, banding, and pattern are part of their natural character and authenticity.

Why does my stone look slightly different from the product image?

Natural materials are never identical. Each stone carries its own mineral structure, tone variation, and veining. These differences are not flaws — they are proof of origin.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To preserve your piece:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to water and humidity

• Remove before swimming or exercising

• Store separately to prevent scratching

• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear

Natural stones should be handled with care to maintain their polish and integrity.

Do you offer different necklace lengths?

Yes. Many necklaces are available in adjustable or selected length options. Please refer to our Necklace Size Guide for guidance on how each length sits on the body.

Can I request a custom length?

Are your bags handmade?

MPENZII bags are produced in small quantities and often crafted in collaboration with artisans using regionally sourced materials. Slight variations in weave, texture, and finish reflect the human hand behind each piece.

How should I care for my bag?

Avoid prolonged moisture exposure. Store in a dust bag when not in use. Natural fibers such as raffia and kuba textiles should be kept dry and gently cleaned with a soft cloth.

Are MPENZII beauty products natural?

Our formulations are guided by botanical integrity and ingredient transparency. We prioritize plant-derived oils, butters, and infusions chosen for long-term skin health.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

While many clients with sensitive skin enjoy our products, we recommend patch testing before full application, especially if you have known sensitivities.

Do you use synthetic fragrances?

Do you use synthetic fragrances?

No. Any scent present comes exclusively from essential oils, botanical extracts, or naturally aromatic plant materials. We do not use synthetic perfume blends. Plant-derived alcohols, when used, are naturally sourced rather than synthetic. All are clearly listed in the ingredient section.

How long do your products last?

Each product includes a recommended period after opening. To maintain quality, store away from direct heat and light.

Where are your materials sourced?

We source our materials through selected artisan and trusted supplier networks, by category. Jewelry stones are sourced through artisan channels in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola, and Zambia; Kuba textiles and raffia for bags come through regional weaving networks in the Democratic Republic of Congo; botanical ingredients are selected globally for quality and formulation integrity.

Are your pieces mass-produced?

No. MPENZII operates in small production runs. Many pieces are assembled by hand, and quantities are intentionally limited.
